“As a single woman who owns Zelda, the well known 60 lb. English Bulldog that appears on greeting cards, books and a plethora of other products, I couldn’t put Susan Culp’s book, 50 Frogs, 5 Babes, and a Bulldog, down. I laughed, cried and related to so many of Culp’s adventures, especially her adventures that included Winchester, her ‘personality-plus’ English Bulldog. For single women, finding Mr. Right is like going down a one way street…the wrong way as you will see when you read Culp’s hilarious book. This book, like Winchester, is a giggle with a wiggle and a hoot to boot.”

When I first began reading '50 Frogs, 5 Babes and a Bulldog,' I thought I could not identify with it since I had never been a single, mature lady looking for a man. The more I got into the book, I found it most enjoyable. It is very funny, believable and I could hardly put it down. I wanted to read on to the next chapter to see what other adventure the ladies of the book encountered and how they handled the situation. The characters are very real and their situations hilarious. I can hardly wait for the next book."

'50 Frogs, 5 Babes and a Bulldog' is a wonderful lighthearted look at dating in today's society. We've all had horrific dates and Susan Culp does a fantastic job of portraying those situations in such a way you can't help but laugh out loud. A hilarious and heartwarming tale, this book reminds us why we keep searching for that special someone."

I really enjoyed 50 Frogs, 5 Babes and a Bulldog," especially the parts with Winchester, the bulldog. He is the star of the story!

50 Frogs, 5 Babes and a Bulldog!
At last, a realistic book about dating as a middle-aged woman. And I laughed instead of cried from page one to the last one. The 5 Babes are neither cartoon stupid nor TV Model gorgeous, but instead, real.
For anyone who has considered Internet dating, Ms. Culp's book provides instructions- minus the guarantees- sensible guidelines and subtle encouragement to take the plunge.
Hopefully, there will be a follow up book of her reader's experiences.

50 Frogs, 5 Babes and a Bulldog: Funny quick-witted and while reading it you feel at home. It was like going out to dinner with my best girlfriend. Susan Culp’s book was so captivating that I lost myself in the main character Sandy and her quest to find her prince. I laughed so hard I cried especially whenever her bulldog was ever so present, and was he ever! Ms. Culp’s polished writing style has a conversational, off the cuff quality to it, allowing readers to feel like we are right there in the room with her. I think all women will find a bit of themselves in this story. Thank you for writing such a delightful, humorous and entertaining book; it’s a breath of fresh air.
50 FROGS, 5 Babes and a Bulldog
What do you get when you combine a frond of frogs, a bushel of babes, and one benighted bulldog? You get Susan Culp’s zany otherworldly modern era dating adventures cum nightmare, 50 frogs, 5 babes, and a Bulldog. In this realm we are privy to roundtable girlfriend discussions concerning their multitudinous impressions and experiences with the opposite sex. Of course, what could be better than a good chocolate cake or hot fudge sundae thrown in the mix to loosen the logjam of stories swirling in their overworked caught-in-the-dating-game-machine brains? And oh brother the tales they tell. We hear of lamentable lotharios or “slime bag womanizers” as the emotional watershed commences, with an outpouring of epithets as needs dictate. All the assembled ladies are looking for is the seemingly unattainable goal—“good men.” Each has her own version of dating in Dante’s Inferno to relate. Simply for each one to find her neatly packaged, “good man.” Among the overwhelming 21st century commodities, this is one whose scarcity is not tracked on Wall Street. It is the humorous, poignant, and dreadful experiences these undaunted ladies must endure to reach this objective, that is the key expedient in this towering tale of 21st century female woes.
